1. About the Service

Boards OÜ provides handcrafted balance boards for short-term or ongoing rental to companies, organizations or individuals.
Boards are intended for light balancing use in indoor spaces, especially office environments.

Balance boards are not toys. They are designed for mindful movement, not for stunts, jumping or high-impact use.

2. Responsibility for Use

The renter (company or person filling the request form) is responsible for the proper use, handling and storage of the boards during the rental period.

• Use of the boards is entirely at the renter’s and users’ own risk.
• Boards OÜ is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from use or misuse of the boards.
• If rented on behalf of a company, the renter must ensure colleagues are informed that boards are to be used with care and at personal risk.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available in Tallinn unless otherwise agreed.
• Boards will be delivered to and picked up from the address provided in the rental request.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and return the boards.

4. Rental Period & Cancellation

• The minimum rental period is one month, with the option to renew.
• Rentals may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next monthly billing.
• Boards must be returned in good condition, normal wear and tear accepted.

5. Damages or Loss

• Normal wear and tear is expected.
• If equipment is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or intentional harm, the renter may be invoiced for repair or replacement.
• If equipment is lost or not returned, replacement costs are:
  • Round Balance Board (RBB): €40
  • Surf-Style Balance Board (SBB): €70
  • Slackline Board (SLB): €110.

6. Payment Terms

• All rentals are prepaid or invoiced monthly, based on agreed terms.
• Payment details and confirmation will be sent via email after the request is approved.

7. Data & Privacy

• Personal data collected via the rental form will only be used to provide the service and communicate with the client.
• Boards OÜ follows all applicable GDPR rules. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation. If no solution is found, disputes will be handled in Harju County Court, Estonia.
• In case of discrepancy between the Estonian and English versions of these Terms, the Estonian version shall prevail.

9. Acceptance

By submitting a rental request on www.boards.ee and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that:

• You agree to be bound by them
• You accept that the boards are used entirely at your own risk.
